About the Role
We are currently hiring a full-time Call Center Representative to serve as a key point of contact and support system for our clients. In this role, you will provide timely, professional communication and ensure that client cases are progressing smoothly. The ideal candidate brings empathy, strong administrative skills, and a client-first mindset to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between clients and the Social Security Administration (SSA)
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collect and document detailed case information from clients
- Monitor deadlines and prepare routine correspondence to ensure timely case progression
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the legal team and client service functions
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and task management
- Calm and composed under pressure, especially when handling sensitive client concerns
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional client service
