- Respond to inbound phone calls and live chat inquiries with professionalism, compassion, and urgency.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls with individuals interested in SSDI or VA disability representation.
- Build rapport quickly and create a positive first impression of the firm.
- Clearly explain our services and help prospective clients understand available options.
- Gather and accurately document client information within the firm's systems.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate next steps in the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all intake documentation is complete and up to date.
- Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to support a seamless client experience.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to client onboarding and intake.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence.
- Ability to guide conversations, ask thoughtful questions, and build trust quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer-based systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service, client intake, call center operations, sales, healthcare, insurance, legal services, or account management.
- Experience using CRM, client management, or case management software.
- Experience working with sensitive or confidential information.
