Be the Trusted Guide Clients Need During a Difficult Time
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the disability claims process.
- Respond to client questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
- Communicate with the Social Security Administration (SSA) regarding case status and updates.
- Collect, document, and maintain detailed and accurate client information.
- Monitor case timelines and deadlines to support timely case progression.
- Prepare routine correspondence and case-related documentation.
- Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure exceptional client service.
- Perform administrative tasks to support legal teams and case development efforts.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all firm policies and procedures.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate when assisting clients experiencing stressful or emotional situations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in legal services, healthcare, insurance, case management, or another client-facing professional environment.
- Experience communicating with government agencies or managing sensitive client information.
- Familiarity with Social Security Disability programs or legal support services.
