Help Keep Our Mission Moving
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries to the appropriate departments and team members.
- Prepare and process outgoing mail, including certified mail, overnight shipments, and other correspondence.
- Scan, upload, and electronically file documents within the firm's case management systems.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness prior to processing.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic records in accordance with company procedures.
- Prioritize and process time-sensitive and high-priority documents.
- Assist with document retrieval and file requests from internal departments.
- Support administrative projects and general office operations as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism and discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- High level of reliability, accountability, and integrity.
- Previous experience in mail processing, administrative support, office operations, records management, or clerical work.
- Experience working with scanners, copiers, and document management systems.
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive information.
